When you book a room at Maitland Rooms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, dates and any notes you add. We use them to manage your booking, send your confirmation and door code, and contact you about your stay.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We keep booking records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. We don't sell your details, and we only email you about offers if you've asked us to.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The map is from OpenStreetMap.
